We can save you the expense and embarrassment of having an item returned: the Overdraft Privilege does just that.


What types of transactions are included in Overdraft Privilege?

Fees will be applied to overdrafts created by: checks, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means.


What time period is required to repay the Overdraft Balance?

To maintain eligibility for Overdraft Privilege, customers must continue to make regular deposits into their accounts, bringing their account to a positive balance, within a thirty day (30) period. The bank reserves the right to require customers to pay outstanding overdraft (negative) balances, including fees, immediately or on demand.


Under what circumstances will the bank not pay an overdraft?

Whether customer overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and the bank reserves the right not to pay. For example, the bank will typically not pay overdrafts if an account is not in good standing, or regular deposits are not being made, or there have been excessive overdrafts. We may refuse to pay an overdraft for you at any time, even though your account is in good standing and even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you.

Bill Pay is our secure electronic bill payment service that allows you to pay bills on a monthly basis or set up reoccurring payments. Our Bill Pay product is FREE, SECURE and EASY! Enter payee information, schedule payments, then enjoy the time you’ve saved! Save money on stamps, envelopes and late fees. You set the date of the payments. You can choose to pay bills from more than one account and be assured your payments will arrive on time. Using BillPay helps prevent identity theft by allowing you to receive your bills electronically instead of having them mailed to your home mailbox. It also keeps checks out of the hands of counterfeitors. Our online bill pay service now includes electronic bill presentment for various payees, which allows you to receive bills electronically.

Night Deposit

Discover convenience with Bridge City Bank night deposit boxes at each location.

This safe and completely secure service allows you to make deposits, payments, and transfer requests quickly and easily. You can also utilize it for safekeeping. Each night deposit box is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Transactions dropped after 9am are processed the next business day. In most cases, deposits you make in the night drop box will be available by 10 a.m. on the date processed.
